The Blogging Experience
Moving from zero to hero, it all started here. With one blog.
Experience is not sold at a low price. Learning to build a website, build a brand with social media and digital marketing techniques may sound overwhelming for entrepreneurs. For that reason, my goal is to help entrepreneurs and small companies to skip all the frustration of trial and error so they can enjoy success.
In the first year of my blog, I got licence and branding from El Salvador Marca País and achieved an award as an Entrepreneurs Marking A Difference in my country.
By starting this blog, I applied Project Management skills, knowledge in hosting, HTML language and CMS management and customer centric relations techniques. I also learned how to manage social media content and organic traffic, planning, marketing strategy and audience engagement, which also require people skills to get sponsors and to build a community.
Passion for writing, love for pets, customer care techniques knowledge and project management were combined to create a unique brand in a very specific niche.
I love to keep challenging myself, so this turned my blog into podcast and a newly created brand for marketing made easy for entrepreneurs.

My main language is spanish, however, I have worked a huge part of my life in customer service as English speaker for big companies around the world like DHL, Kodak, Sony, Sykes, Telus International and Centrica.
With more than 15 years of experience, I have applied advanced Customer Care Techniques to de- escalate cases in the Better Business Bureau, used the Coaching for Excelence method to develop team leadership and turned unsatisfied customers into walking advertisments.
I am currently developing projects in Podcast, blogging and influencer marketing.

Personal Interests
I believe anyone can pursue and achieve their dreams. I'm building and working on mine. I recently discovered that if you put your talents working in something bigger than your own benefit, your plans will complete on their own.
United Nations Sustainable Development Goals have turned into one of my biggest interests, which I support with my blog to take care of Life on Land at the same time that I support the Partnerships to Achieve the Goal and I have turned into an advocate against animal and home violence.
My favorite grounding activities are the spirit pursuit, spending time with my family and pets, painting and handcrafting as I find concentration very relaxing and stimulating.
I would describe my life as coffee lover, entrepreneur, pet lover, psychology and traditional art enthusiast.
